The company has been a pioneer in luxury residential hi-rise design in the greater Vancouver area, where it successfully obtained the first residential hi-rise rezoning in the downtown core of Vancouver, helping transform Vancouver into the vibrant city that we know today.

It was at the forefront of the development of Whistler, from the original land use contract for Twin Lakes in 1979 and has been a pioneer in resort residential design ever since -- most recently developing the Master Plan and design guidelines for Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Crystal Mountain Resort in British Columbia.

Its single family home designs have won accolades both at home and abroad.
